For agencies

Stop chasing timesheets. Pay your workers and bill your clients from the same hours.

Your workers log shifts in TurTra and your clients approve them; you pay with the right penalty rates and invoice the host employer — without re-typing a single hour. Free.

  • Paper timesheets arrive late, wrong or not at all.

  • Every award rate change is a spreadsheet you have to fix by hand.

  • Avoid miscalculated hours and shifts that never got recorded.

The benefits for your agency

Shifts

Every shift your workers log for your clients shows up as it happens, with the client's approval status next to it. Query anything that looks off before payday.

Workers

Your pool in one list: who worked where and hours by week.

Pay rates

Reusable rate cards — base, penalties, overtime, allowances, piece rates — assigned per worker. Change a rate once, not in twenty rows.

Payments

Record batch payments. The worker acknowledges receipt in one tap or disputes it on the spot, so a shortfall is caught this week, not in three.

Clients, client rates & invoices

Charge rate per client and per position. Invoices from approved shifts with GST and numbering, from draft to sent to paid.

Rate agreements

Agree your charge rates with clients and your pay rates with workers, and see the profit on every agreement.

How it works

  1. We set up your agency.

  2. Invite your workers — the app is free for them.

  3. Pay and invoice from approved shifts.

Free while we grow the network

No subscription, no per-worker fee.

Questions agencies ask

Do my workers have to use TurTra?

Yes — that's where shifts are logged. The app is free for workers and takes a minute to set up. Many of them already use it on their own.

Can I keep paying through my payroll system?

Yes. TurTra calculates and records what each worker is owed and asks them to confirm it. The money still moves through whatever you use today.

Can my clients see my pay rates or my margin?

No. A host employer sees the hours worked on their site and the charge rate you agreed with them. Your pay rates, your payments to workers and your margin stay inside your agency account.

How are penalty rates calculated?

From the rate card you assign to each worker: base, Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, overtime tiers, breaks, allowances and piece rates. The same engine workers see on their side.

Is it really free?

Yes, for every role, while we grow the network. If that ever changes you'll hear it from us first — not from an invoice.
