We set you up, your workers log, your clients approve — and you pay and invoice from the same hours.
We set up your agency
Get in contact and we create your agency account, link your ABN and load your clients. Usually within one business day.
Invite your workers
Workers create a free account (or already have one) and their shifts for your clients appear in your Shifts list as they log them. Assign each worker a pay rate card.
Your clients approve the hours
Each host employer approves or disputes shifts on their site. You see the approval status next to every shift and only pay and invoice what has been approved.
Pay and invoice
Record a batch payment — TurTra calculates it from the rate card — and the worker acknowledges it. Then generate the invoice for the host employer from the same approved shifts, with GST and numbering.
