Do I need an agency to use TurTra?
No. You can invite your own casual workers directly. Agencies and direct workers show up side by side in the same dashboard.
Do my agencies have to use TurTra?
No. Their workers log the shifts and you approve them. If an agency isn't on TurTra yet, you can print a PDF of approved hours and send it to them.
What if a worker forgets their phone?
They enter their personal PIN on the site tablet, or you clock them in from your dashboard. Manual entries are flagged so you can see how often it happens per worker.
Does TurTra include payroll?
Not right now. TurTra gives you verified, approved hours; we can work with you to connect them to your payroll and automate the rest of the process.
Is it really free?
